Renal Problems in Critical Care

A 71 year old lady underwent extensive pelvic surgery for uterine malignancy. She was oliguric post op and was resuscitated with 8 additional litres of fluid in the first 24 hours. She becomes anuric on day 2, and her abdomen is distended.

What is the cause?
